The New Haven Railfanning Parking Lot (as someone has named it on google) is located along Hartzell Road at the site of the former Erie Haven cement plant in New Haven, Indiana.
This location has been used by railroad enthusiasts for many years to observe and photograph Norfolk Southern trains passing through CP NE.
The former industrial site provides a convenient viewing location near the railroad interlocking and the eastern end of East Wayne Yard.
Visitors should respect posted restrictions, avoid blocking access roads or driveways, and remain within areas where public access is permitted.
